Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm and dispatch your order. Prices and any delivery charge are shown on the order form before you confirm. Orders are paid cash on delivery.

Products. We describe products as accurately as we can. Images are illustrative. If a product is materially not as described, your statutory rights (see our Refund Policy) apply.

Your rights. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer, including the 14-day right of withdrawal and the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity set out in our Refund Policy.

Liability. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for our fraud.

Governing law. As a consumer you benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence; nothing here removes them.
