What we collect and why. When you place a cash-on-delivery order we collect the name, delivery address and phone number you provide, solely to process, dispatch and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We do not take payment-card data. If you contact us, we keep your message and contact details to reply.

Legal basis. Processing is based on performance of your order (contract) and, for enquiries, our legitimate interest in responding.

Sharing. We share delivery details with the courier fulfilling your order. We do not sell your personal data. Service providers who process data on our behalf do so under contract and only on our instructions.

Retention. We keep order data only as long as necessary for the order and to meet legal (e.g. accounting) obligations, then delete it.
