Shipping Policy

Where we ship. We deliver to addresses in the European markets we serve.

Payment. Orders are placed on a cash-on-delivery (COD) basis: you pay the courier when the parcel is delivered. No card or bank details are taken at checkout.

Dispatch & delivery time. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on destination and courier. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping cost. Any delivery charge is shown on the order form before you confirm.

Problems with delivery. If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, contact info@getwithkit.com and we will resolve it.
