Your statutory rights. You have three separate and independent rights, set out separately below: a 14-day right of withdrawal, a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity, and our voluntary 30-day return.

1. Right of withdrawal — 14 days (Directive 2011/83/EU). You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you nominate) take physical possession of the goods. To exercise it, send us a clear statement of your decision before the 14 days expire, by email to info@getwithkit.com, stating your name and order details. You may use the model withdrawal form in Annex I(B) of the Directive, but it is not obligatory.

2. Condition of the goods — your right to inspect. You may examine, try and test the item as you would in a physical shop. The item does not need to be unused, and it does not need to be returned in its original packaging. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

3. Returning the goods. After telling us you withdraw, send the goods back without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days. Please email info@getwithkit.com first so we can confirm the return arrangements. For a withdrawal you bear the direct cost of returning the goods; for a valid guarantee claim (below) we bear the return cost.

4. Refund. We reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you supply proof of return, whichever is earlier. As orders are paid cash on delivery, we refund by bank transfer to an account you provide.

5. Legal guarantee of conformity — 2 years. Separately from the right of withdrawal, the goods are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery. This concerns faulty or non-conforming goods and applies even after the 14-day and 30-day periods. Email info@getwithkit.com with your order details and a description of the fault. Where the claim is justified we bear the return shipping cost, and you are entitled to repair or replacement or, where appropriate, a price reduction or refund.

6. Voluntary 30-day return. In addition to the two legal rights above, we offer a voluntary commercial return within 30 days of delivery. It is offered over and above the law and does not limit or replace your 14-day withdrawal right or the 2-year legal guarantee.
